Q. What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?

A. The delivery of your order may be delayed due to the wrong information. If you entered an incorrect address, delivery charge may not be accurate. We will coordinate with you to resolve the issue and ship your order as soon as possible. Remember to always enter your complete address on the shipping information page including house/unit/Apt #, purok, barangay, city, and any other information like color of your gate that will assist our courier in quickly locating your house.

A. We can deliver your order in NCR within a few hours, 24/7.

 

Q. Is COD available for same day delivery in Metro Manila?

A. Yes. Just select COD on the payment page.

 

Q. Is COD available for provincial orders?

A. Yes.

 

Q. Why is same day delivery only available in Manila?

A. Our physical store and warehouse is located in NCR which means we are only able to service Metro Manila for same day delivery.
