You will receive an email conformation of your order. When the order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Lalamove is our default shipping provider for same day delivery. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 hours if order is placed between 10AM and 9PM. If order is placed outside our business hours, it will be shipped on the next business day. Our system will automatically calculate the Lalamove charge during checkout and apply any applicable promos.

JRS Express is the default shipping method. Orders are shipped within 36 hours if they are received between Monday -Friday.
